hCG Faux Bruschetta

I found this somewhere on an hCG website, not sure where - made it today and it was yummy! I found this somewhere on an hCG website, not sure where - made it today and it was yummy!Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

3.5 oz chicken, diced
2.5 oz cherry or diced tomatoes
3 large basil leaves, chopped
2 Tbs. water
4 drops lemon Stevia*
1-2 tsp. balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar
dash garlic salt
dash lemon pepper
salt to taste
Directions
In a small skillet, heat water. Add chicken & spices and cook until chicken begins to turn white. Add one half of the basil and saute 1 minute until chicken is done. Add tomatoes and remaining basil and saute 2 minutes. Get pan really hot and move all ingredients to side of pan. Add vinegar, then mix all ingredients together.
I crushed one melba toast and sprinkled it on top.
Approx. 170 calories per serving -- Makes 1 serving
*I didn't have Lemon Stevia, so I just put 4 drops of Clear Stevia with a couple squirts of lemon juice.
