2 (8 oz) beef strip steaks
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp low-sodium teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 garlic clove, minced
1.5 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
2. combine sauces, honey and spices in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
3. place steaks on broiler pan coated with cooking spray. baste steaks evenly with 1 tbsp of soy sauce mix.
4. broil 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness, basting with remaining sauce mix. Remove from oven, let stand for 5 minutes.
