    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    1 heaping tsp pumpkin pie spice (or 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg)
    1 tsp splenda
    1/2 serving Vanilla Protein powder (optional)
    2 large ice cubes
