    1 Med. Banana
    2 Tbsp. Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
    3/4 C. Fat Free Milk
    3/4 C. Mixed Berries Frozen
    2 Tsp. Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
    3 - Crushed Ice Cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend.
Makes 2 - 8 oz. servings

    Fabulous! I always know the ingredients for a greta smoothie, but never the quantities and ratios. I didn't use the protein powder this time, but will try it next time.
    I subbed fat free milk with soy milk and used slightly more berries - a little over a cup! - 2/24/09
