Sausage, Rice and White Beans

Ingredients

    1 can low sodium Chicken Broth
    1 1/2 t. dried thyme
    1/8 t. ground red pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped frozen peppers, stir fry mix
    1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano undrained
    1 (3 1/2) oz bag white or brown rice or 7 oz long grain rice
    14 oz package Hilshire Farms Smoked Turkey Sausage, chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
    1 (15oz) can Northern White beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

Makes 5 Servings

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. If using prepared rice cook on low 4-5 hours. If using long grain rice cook on high 3-4 hours.
