Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    15 bean soup mix
    kale
    quinoa (i use red)
    onion, diced
    water
    garlic, minced
    sage
    thyme

Directions

Put all ingredients (except quinoa) into Crock Pot and cook on high for 7 hours. Add in quinoa and cook for one more hour. Salt and pepper to taste.
