    Ingredients:
    *Dole Tropical fruit, 1 serving (remove)
    *Oakhurst - Orange with Calcium Juice 8oz, .5 serving (remove)
    Hannaford Low Fat Plain Yogurt, .25 cup (remove)
    *Flax Seed, Ground, .1667 tbsp (remove)
    ice, 1 cup (remove)


Directions

Place all ingredients in blender starting with ice and blend on high until smooth. Makes 1.5 servings or 2 small servings.
