Coldbuster Smoothie!

Introduction

A sweet and icy smoothie that'll help bust through that cold and sooth your scratchy throat. Add in some wheat germ for an added Zinc boost! Great meal replacement for when you are sick. A sweet and icy smoothie that'll help bust through that cold and sooth your scratchy throat. Add in some wheat germ for an added Zinc boost! Great meal replacement for when you are sick.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 c. orange sherbet
    1 banana, frozen
    1 clementine, peeled (or small orange)
    1 c. peach slices (canned is fine), frozen
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
    Handful of ice

Directions

Blend all items in a blender until smooth. Add more ice or orange juice to adjust consistency. Makes one, very large serving. Or two smaller servings (nutritional breakdown for two).
