IntroductionIndian lentil soup with spinach. Indian lentil soup with spinach.
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp canola oil
3/8 tsp Indian spice mix (Dal masala if you have it)
1 cup steamed lentils
1 cup chicken broth (or dissolved bouillon)
2 cups spinach, chopped
Add chopped spinach and cook until it wilts, about 1-2 minutes. Dilute the soup with hot water until desired consistency and flavor.
