Spicy Mayo Chicken Wrap

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3.5 oz. grilled chicken breast w/o skin
    2 tbsp of hellman's light mayo
    1 tbsp of curry
    1 tbsp of paprika powder
    3 large leaves of Iceberg lettucs
    3 slices of cucumber
    3 tbsp of Pace Chunky Salsa Medium
    3 La Banderita 8 grain 95% fat free soft taco

Directions

Grill your chicken in a grilling pan with a light spray of cooking spray,
While it is grilling, mix your 2 tbsps of light mayo with the ketchup and curry and paprika powder, depending on how spicy you like it is how much you put in.
Cut your cucumber slices length wise so they roll better in the wrap.

Take 1 soft taco and spread 1/3 of the spicy mayo on it, then add 1 leaf of lettuce and your cucumber slices.

Slice your grilled chicken in slices and devide into 3 even portions, Add the chicken slices to your soft taco and ad 1 tbsp of the Salsa on top
Fold the side of the taco and roll it up as you would a barrito.

Enjoy this meal alone or with beans and rice or whatever you fancy :)

note: I used Medium Salsa, if you like your food really spicy, use the Hot Salsa
You can also use plain yogurt to make the sauce, I did the mayo as I did not have the yogurt.
