Ingredients

    12 oz. Chicken Breast - Organic, Boneless, Skinless, cubed
    1/4 medium yellow Onion, choped
    1/2 Green Bell Peppers, chopped
    3 strips Celery, raw, chopped
    3.8 - 4 cups Organic Free Range Chicken Broth (1 carton)
    16 oz. Purple hull peas (frozen - Allen's All Natural)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in 2-3 qt. covered saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce to slow simmer. Simmer 50-60 minutes until peas are tender to your taste.
I'm guessing about 6 cups, so four servings of about 1.5 cups each.
