Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Chicken - ChicNSteakes (Market Day), 4 serving (remove)
    *Campbell's - Healthy Request, Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup (1.34 C / Can), 1 can
    "Butterball" Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 8 serving (remove)
    Daisy Light Sour Cream, 1 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of turkey bacon
Mix soup and sour cream togeyther
Place chicken in pan pour sauce over.
Bake one hour
Makes 4 servings
Serve over mashed potatoes, not included in calorie count

  • I had mine in the oven for an hour and a half, following your directions accordingly. -,- My bacon is still raw. I'm not sure I understand why. - 12/7/11

    Was your oven on? Chicken and bacon cooked in a 400 degree oven for more than an hour would be more than cooked through.
    The bacon is not meant to be crisp. In order for bacon to be crisp it should be fried or broiled, not cooked in a sauce.
