8 Chicken thighs, skinned
10C Chicken Broth (reduced sodium)
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 head Broccoli
1/4 head cauliflower
12 mushrooms, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced into rings
10 large shrimp
4 hanffuls spaghetti (4 cups cooked)
Boil chicken thighs in broth until tender.
Steam veggies and frozen shrimp until desired tenderness.
Cook spaghetti as per package directions.
In bowl ( I like to use a shallow, wide bowl) add spaghetti, veggies/shrimp and ladel broth with 1 piece of chicken over top. Garnish with cilantro. I use Asian hot pepper sauce to spice it up. MMMMMMMMMMMMM!! :)
