1/2 slice zesty garlic flour tortilla wrap
1 slice deli turkey meat
1 Tbs light sour cream
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 slice provolone cheese
2 slices tomato
1/4 c shredded romaine lettuce
handful of mild banana peppers
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix sour cream and dijon mustard together. I added a little crushed black pepper to mine. Spread sour cream mixture onto half of a tortilla. Add turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and banana peppers. Roll up into a wrap. Would be great with some fresh fruit for a low cal lunch!
