Ingredients

Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
Flour, white, 2 cup
instant vanilla pudding, 1 package
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
*Canola Oil, 2/3 cup
Orange Juice, 3/4 cup
Amaretto, 1/4 cup
Vodka, 1/4 cup
Egg, fresh, 4 large
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix for 2 to 5 minutes until well-blended. (May be done with machine or whisk).
Pour into bundt cake pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Check at 45 minutes - do not over bake this cake, as it is essential that it stay moist.
Allow to cool completely then flip over to remove. You may use a very flexible plastic knife to remove the cake easier by circling the bundt hole as well as the exteriorior of the cake.
