Paulette's Favorite Egg Salad Sandwiches

Introduction

Delicious and healthy! If you are only going to eat one sandwich, divide egg salad into 3 portions, and refrigerate immediately what you are not eating. Do not make sandwiches and refrigerate or they will get soggy. Delicious and healthy! Ingredients

    3 large eggs, hard boiled, cooled, peeled, and chopped 2 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. Hellman's Low Fat Mayo
    2 Splenda packets
    1/4 tsp. ground paprika
    1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    6 slices Village Hearth 12 Grain Light Bread

Directions

Boil eggs, cool and refrigerate overnight for easier peeling. Chop eggs, onion and celery. Stir in mayo, Splenda, paprika, and parsley. Divide eveninly on 3 slices of bread and top with other 3 slices. Cut, serve and enjoy! Makes 3 sandwiches.
