HealthierLynn's Lasagna

Introduction

Yet another SP non-friendly recipe for my own information! :-) Yet another SP non-friendly recipe for my own information! :-)
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 batch of HealthierLynn's Spaghetti Sauce (recipe is in my SP cookbook)
    16 oz. Lasagna Noodles
    16 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Part Skim Cheese
    16 oz. Cottage Cheese, small curd, fat free
    Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

I put 150 minutes for prep time because the spaghetti sauce takes 2 hours to cook. The actual "build" of the lasagna doesn't take much time at all!

In a 9" x 13" pan, spread a small layer of sauce. Then in layers put 1/2 the noodles, then 1/2 the sauce, then 1/2 the cottage cheese, then 1/2 the mozzarella cheese, then if you want to, sprinkle some parmesan cheese (but I did NOT figure that into the nutritional info). Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until cheese is browned and bubbly.

This can be made ahead of time and put into the fridge until you're ready to bake it!
