No Bake Cookie

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Milk
    1 Tbsp Cocoa
    1-1/2 Cup Sugar
    1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 Cups Oats

Directions

Bring Milk, Cocoa, and Sugar to a boil. Boil for one full minute. Remove after minute and add Peanut Butter, Vanilla Extract, and Oats. Stir and spoon on wax paper. Allow 30 minutes to cool. And you are ready to eat

  • I make this on Hollidays. They are gone almost right away. ...an old GirlScout Cookbook Favorite...the first one,,,I add more cocoa....and you can add rasins or chopped nuts or even coconut at the last to change it up. - 10/16/08
