Creamy yogurt hummus

Introduction

Got from another site, and added more garlic and more yogurt than originally called for. Really great on carrots, cucumbers, celery, etc. Got from another site, and added more garlic and more yogurt than originally called for. Really great on carrots, cucumbers, celery, etc.

Ingredients

    # Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup
    # Garlic, 2 clove
    # Salt, 1 tsp
    # Lemon Juice, 1/2 cup
    # Plain non fat yogurt, 8 oz

Directions

Drain chickpeas

In a blender or food processor, blend garbanzo beans until smooth. Mix in garlic, lemon juice and yogurt. Blend to desired consistency. Should look like baby food.
