Introductionin searching for an induction-acceptable recipe I came up with my own. in searching for an induction-acceptable recipe I came up with my own.
1 raw egg (beaten)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 scoops soy (or other) no carb protein powder
1 packet (or teaspoon) splenda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 pats butter (to grease pan, use a little at a time)
If you are allowed enjoy them with some raspberries on the side and maybe a little sugar free syrup [but not necessary since they taste sweet enough].
makes 6 pancakes = 2 servings of three pancakes per person
