Ingredients

Add frozen blueberries, cup up banana, & any other fruit.
Add protein powders, greens nutrition, psyllium husk powder, & yogurt.
Add liquid - water or juice or flavored seltzer waters.
* Can add flaxseed oil.
* Can add 1 tblspn almond butter.
Directions
Put all into blender & mix on high until all is blended!
Pour & enjoy!
