  • I've been looking for a brittle recipe without corn syrup for a while, and was a bit wary when I saw this. Not only is it easy to make, it is delicious and satisfies that sweet craving we all get. I made a batch to send to my deployed soldier, and had to make more as everyone in his unit loved it - 12/9/14
