Ingredients

1 pound ground round
Ground Cumin, 2 tbsp
Chili powder, 1 tbsp
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Dried Onion Flakes, 2 tbsp
2 cups hot water
1 box of macaroni & cheese (do not make as directed)
1 cup salsa
1 can whole kernal corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup lite sour cream

Directions
Cook ground beef until brown in large skillet. Drain
Add spices, hot water, mac and cheese, salsa, corn and diced tomatoes to ground beef in skillet.
Bring to a boil, then cover and cook 10-12 minutes (till macaroni is tender), stirring occasionally
Top each serving with 2 Tbsp of Lite Sour Cream
