Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
    Great Value, Salsa Roja, 2.125 cup
    *La Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortilla, 8 serving
    Hanover Frozen White Sweet Corn (2/3 cup), 2 serving

Directions

cook chicken breast. put through food processor until shredded. return to pan, add 10 oz. can salsa roja (or enchilada sauce). Let sit 5 minutes. add corn. spread on tortilla. roll, reheat in micro 1 minute and serve.
