Ingredients

    1. Pumpkin, Canned Puree, 2 cup (1 15oz can)
    2. Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
    3. Apple Sauce, 1/2 cup
    4. Water, tap, .2/3 cup
    5. Canola Oil 1/2 cup
    6. Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    7. Brown Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    8. Flour, white, 1.5 cups
    9. Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    10. Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    11.Salt, 1.5 tsp
    12. Allspice, 1 tsp
    13. Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    14. Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees & grease and flour 3 7X3 pans
Mix the first 5 (wet) ingredients in one bowl
Wisk the rest (dry) ingredients in another bowl

Mix the ingredients in one big bowl until the mixture is well mixed
