Ingredients

    4 cups whole wheat flour
    4 cups bran (I used Kelloggs All Bran for the recipe)
    3 cups oats (I used Stone Rolled Oats
    1 cup Splenda
    3 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

mix together well and store. Use 2 cups of mix for muffin recipe

Makes enough for 5 batches of muffins.
