LittleLeta's Basic Creamy Polenta w/tomatoes & spinach

Submitted by: LITTLELETA

Introduction

Goes well with most meats. I usually serve with chicken or fish. I love to use my pressure cooker to cook chicken thighs, strip the meat off the bones after cooked and add the meat to the polenta. I have not figured in the meat for this recipe. Quick and really tasty. Goes well with most meats. I usually serve with chicken or fish.
