Ingredients

    Small can of canned tuna (6 oz)
    Avocado or Olive oil, 1 Tbsp
    Roasted red pepper, chopped, 1/4 cupj
    lemon juice, 1 tsp
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop, mix, and eat!

You can roast your own peppers by drizzling with olive oil and broiling skin side up for 7-10 mins. Place peppers in a zip lock bag once skin is blackened and steam for 15 mins. Remove skin and chop.
