1-15 oz container Ricotta, Fat Free - Precious
2.1 oz Nob Hill Trading Co. Parmesan, shredded
11 oz Cheese, Mozarella, reduced fat, shredded
5 oz Mushrooms - Crimini, chopped
4 oz Spinach, fresh
1-10oz package Spinach, frozen
1-15 oz can Tomato Sauce
1 14oz box Ronzoni Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
1 t Salt
1 t Black Pepper
1 t Italian Seasonings
preheat oven to 350 deg.
1. place one layer of noodles on bottom of dish, sprinkle tomato sauce and a pinch or two of italian seasonings over noodles, break up 1 each hot and mild sausages spreading around on noodles, sprinkle with tomatoe sauce.
2. mix ricotta and spinach (blend fresh spinach first) in a bowl, layer over noodles and sauce. Sprinkle with a pinch or two each of salt, pepper and seasonings, cover with another layer of noodles.
3. sprinkle sauce over noodles, spread mushrooms over sauce and noodles, sprinkle with italian seasonings and 1/3 cheese
4. lay remaining noodles on top, cover with last 2 links of sausage (broken into bits), remaining sauce and all the cheese.
Cook for 30-45 minutes, or until done
