scalloped potato with swiss cheese

Ingredients

    1 large russet potato
    4 oz of swiss cheese, grated
    8 oz of evaporated milk
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Peel potato and slice thin.
Grate cheese.
Layer potato slices and cheese in a small casserole dish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper on each layer.
Put dish in a 325 degree oven for 45 minutes, or until the potato is soft and the top is brown and bubbly.
Makes 4 servings.
