Sweet Potato no crust pie

Introduction

This is great if you like sweet potato pie but don't want the calories of a pie crust This is great if you like sweet potato pie but don't want the calories of a pie crust
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 large can of yams
    1 can of Eagle brand sweeten condensed milk
    1 cup brown sugar
    ½ cup milk (1%)
    3 eggs
    1 Tb of vanilla
    2 Tb of pumpkin pie spice
    2 Tb of cinnamon
    1 Tb of ground ginger

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Drain the yam. Put everything in a blender and blend.
Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour blended mix into pan and bake for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. Cool a little before serving.
