Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin - 1lb (1 inch thick)
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    3/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 tbsp flour
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves

Directions

1. Salt and pepper both sides, heat oil, cook pork 3 to 5 min turning once

2. mix broth and flour. Add broth mixture along with remaining ingredients to skillet. Heat to boil, reduce heat, cover and cook 8 to 10 min or until no longer pink and mushrooms are tender.
