Introduction

Tweaked a recipe from a good Spark Buddy. Original recipe calls for using Raw Cashews (I had none on hand so I used sunflower seeds), did not call for Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Cereal, and used a jalapeno instead of cayenne pepper. Ingredients

    1 Large Sweet Red Pepper
    1/4 cup Raw Sunflower Seeds, hulled and soaked overnight
    Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Cereal - 1/4 cup
    2 Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
    1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos or nama shoyu
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .125 tsp
    Garlic powder .125 tsp

Directions

Soak sunflower seeds overnight.

Blend all ingredients till smooth. It will be a thin consistency.

Pour onto a teflex and dehydrate over night, flip over onto the mesh sheet and dehydrate until done (not moist and a bit crispy
