Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

    one cup dry Chick Peas
    3 tbsp Tahini
    2 cloves Garlic Roasted in oven
    1/3 to 1/2 cup lemon juice
    salt to taste

Directions

Soak chick peas overnight. rain and rinse. add 1 cup water and cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Drain and keep excess liquid.
Wrap garlic with skin on in aluminum foil and roast in oven for 15 minutes. Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Add cooking liquid as needed if too stiff. Serve with pita bread or chapatis
