Ingredients

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
    1/2 white onion, sliced thin
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/3 c low-sodium soy sauce
    1/3 c water
    1/4 sugar
    1 oz toasted sesame seeds, slightly crushed

Directions

Mix all ingrediants in a bowl. Let marinate at least an hour (up to overnight). Cook in a skillet on high heat 5-8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
