Jill's Prize Coffee Cake

    * Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, .5 cup (remove)
    * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Flour, white, 3 cup (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 4 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)

    For streusel
    * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 4 tsp (remove)
    * *Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)
    * Butter, salted, 4 tbsp (remove)
    * Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped (remove)


Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan.
Mix sugar, eggs and oil together. Stir in milk, flour, making powder and salt. Pour half the batter into the pan. Sprinkle with half of the streusel mixture. Pour balance of batter on top. Top with the rest of the streusel mix. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or when tested and the center is not sticky.
