Susan's spinach lasagna

Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    noodles, spinach, ground turkey, onion, peppers, garlic, ricotta cheese, mozerella cheese

Directions

Cook noodles as directed on box. While that is happening, brown the turkey meat (add any seasonings). Drain and set aside. Saute garlic, onions and peppers (add any seasonsings). Combine spinach and ricotta cheese. You can add basil, parsley, whatever smells right!

I used at 9 x 13 pan and made a small square pan to freeze as well. Layer noodles on bottom of pan. Top with spinach and cheese mixture. Add sauted veggies. Add a small amount of sauce. Layer with noodles. Top with spinach and cheese mixture. Top with meat. Top with sauce and some mozzerella cheese. Top with noodles, sauce and more cheese.

Makes both pans out to 16 pretty large servings.
