    4 butterflied pork chops, trimmed, cut in half (about 3.5 oz. each)
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    1 cup white rice
    1/2 cup seasoned flour (flour with salt and pepper)
    2 T olive oil


1) Heat olive oil in heavy skillet. Dredge pork chops in seasoned flour, then brown in pan.

2) Mix can of soup and can of water together. Add uncooked rice. Pour all into casserole dish.

3) Add browned pork chops to soup/rice mixture in casserole.

4) Cover with foil. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil last 10 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
