Baked Buffalo Chicken

    2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 c Frank's Hot Sauce
    2 T Brummel & Brown, melted
    1 tsp sodium-free chicken bouillon
    garlic and onion powder to taste


Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine Brummel & Brown, hot sauce, and bouillon in a liquid measuring cup. Add hot water to measure 1 cup total.

Place chicken in 9 x 13 baking dish and season with garlic and onion powders. Pour hot sauce mixture over the top and cover with foil.

Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove foil and bake a few minutes longer if necessary in order to thicken the hot sauce mixture.
