Ingredients

    1 bag broccoli slaw mix
    1 boneless and skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
    1can waterchestnuts
    1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
    1/2 cup edamame, shelled
    1 TBS canola oil
    Soy sauce, to taste
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp ginger powder
    1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder OR allspice
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat
Add chicken and cook until no longer pink throughout
Reduce heat to medium and add broccoli slaw, water chestnuts, peas, edamame, and spices and cook until heated through.
Serve with rice or bulgar.
