Ingredients

    *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1.33 cup
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Orange Juice, 0.5 cup
    Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Hormel, Always Tender, Boneless Pork Loin Chops, 24 oz

Directions

In skillet brown pork chops on both sides after seasoning with salt and pepper. Place rice in 12x7x2 inch baking dish: pour OJ mixed w/water over rice. Arrange pork chops on rice. Pour chicken soup over all. Cover and bake for 45 min. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
