Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 oz No Yolks Broad Egg Noodle (makes 4.5 c cooked)
    1.5 lb Chicken Breast, no skin
    2 10 oz packages frozen Broccoli
    2 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    .25 cup Crystal Farms Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Boil noodles until firm yet tender. Boil chicken breast until done and drain. When cool enough to handle, cut into 1-inch pieces. In a square or round casserole dish, mix soup. Add broccoli, chicken and noodles and mix well. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 10 1-cup servings.
