Kale Flax/Chia Smoothie

    1 banana, peeled
    1 apple, cored
    7 strawberries, hulled
    1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1 fl oz lemon juice
    2 cups kale
    2 cups water
    2 tbsp flax seeds
    2 tbsp chia seeds


Soak Flax and Chia in water overnight. Combine all in blender. Puree until smooth.
