Crustless Pecan Pie

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup light karo syrup, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup splenda,1 large egg, 4 egg whites, 2 tbs light butter, 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Place corn syrup, sugar, splenda, egg and egg whites in mixing bowl, mix thoroughly, melt butter, add butter and vanilla, mix, spray 9 inch with butter flavored spray, pour into mixture into pan. Bake 40 t0 50 minutes. remove from oven, cool 15 minutes, cut in 8 pieces, serve plain or with redi whip only 15 calories for 2 tbls.
