Ingredients

    1 tsp grated ginger
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 tbs brown sugar
    2 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
    2 tbs chopped fresh mint
    2 tbs lime juice
    1.5 tbs fish sauce
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp dark sesame oil
    1-3 jalapeno - finely chopped
    lettuce leaves

Directions

1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ginger and turkey to pan; cook 7 minutes or until turkey is done, stirring frequently. Drain turkey mixture; place in a large bowl. Add green onions and next 8 ingredients (through jalapeƱo); toss well. Spoon 1/3 cup turkey mixture into each cabbage leaf.
