Protein PB2 Balls

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 T PB2 Chocolate
    2 T water
    2 T honey
    1.5 scoops (45g) Jay Robb Vanilla Protein Powder
    2 T coconut
    4 T grain sweetened chocolate chips

Directions

Mix together and form into 4 balls. Place on wax paper in refrigerator to set.

This was my first attempt at these and they came out very sweet. I will probably try them again with half of the honey and a different protein powder (Jay Robb powder is super sweet to me.) Modifications to come:)

Next time try chia seeds, flax, oatmeal?
