Introduction

An easy breakfast for a busy weekday morning. If you donít think this will fill you up you can add a tomato (4.3 net carbs) or an avocado (3.5 net carbs). Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    ē6 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon
    ēľ cup onions
    ē2 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese
    ē2 toothpicks
    ēBlack pepper to taste

Directions

Preparation:

1. Spread softened cream cheese on the salmon
2. Sprinkle with onions. Sprinkle with pepper if desired.
3. Carefully roll up each slice, cut rolls into 1/2-inch slices or desired length, and stick with a toothpick.
4. Chill until ready to serve.

  • Good easy recipe BUT guys, Atkins does NOT allow fat free anything. By taking fat out, the producers put starch back in which increases carbs considerably. Additionally, fat is good for you - please read up on it! Would have given 5 stars otherwise... - 2/12/13
