1 lb chicken breast tenderloins 1/4 c balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp of honey 2 tsp italian seasoning 1 bag of steamed vegetables (red potatoes, red peppers and sugar snap peas)
Marinate chicken in vinegar, honey and seasoning for a few hours. Brown chicken, add rest of mixture. Cook vegetables according to pkg directions. Once chicken is done browning, add vegetables and cook on low for 2 minutes.
