Canned Tomatoes, (796mL/28oz)
4 Skinless Chicken Breast OR 8 Skinless Thighs (Bone in or out)
2 cups Green Peppers, chopped (about 1 large)
1 cup Onions, chopped (about 1 large)
2 tbsp Paprika (Hot or Mild)
1 tsp dried Thyme, Oregano or Basil
1 tsp Black Pepper
.5 cup Light Sour Cream
2. Add the rest of the ingredients except the sour cream. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
3. Mix in the sour cream right before serving. Serve with brown rice or whole grain pasta.
