Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Introduction

Ingredients

    15 oz can Garbanzo beans (drained)
    1 1/2 T tahini
    4 oz can roasted red peppers
    juice of one lemon
    1/4 t salt
    1 t ground cumin
    1 t cayenne pepper
    2 cloves garlic (minced)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender of food processor and process until smooth. Serve with sliced veggies or crackers.
